Kangeiko Workout
January 24, 2026
Lincoln Martial Arts Center

Each January, LMAC traditionally observes Kangeiko, which means winter training. Traditionally held during the coldest part of winter, Kangeiko will begin on January 5th and run through February 8th this year. During this time, we make an effort to put extra emphasis on our training, attending as many classes as possible and supplementing our training in various ways outside the dojo. We also make an effort to improve our mental and physical health during this time by getting plenty of rest at night and improving our diet. The January 25th training will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is open to all LMAC and SRSBK members from all arts and dojos. This is an important part of starting the New Year out on a positive note and reinvigorate our dedication to training for the coming year. There is no fee to participate.
